Returns & Refunds

All returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA from CCTVWORLD. Please confirm orders receipt and delivered through Order History before starting a return, and then follow the below steps to process the refunds, exchanges, or repairs accordingly.

Excanges or Repairs (within Warranty Period)

Free repair service is available for most items (excluding consumables) within the warranty period. CCTVWORLD will ship out the repaired items after test and verification.

For products that are eligible for repair, repair request should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repairs. Please note if the product is deemed to have NO FAULT FOUND,  a service fee AU$50 + any freight costs + any charges from related authorized service centre / distributor will be applied.

For exchange products, we accept any undamaged product purchased from us within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are returning an undamaged item, it must be in original, brand new condition and in its original packaging. There will be a service fee AU$50 + any freight costs + any charges from related authorized service centre / distributor will be applied.

If we cannot replace or repair your returning products, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase.

The items must be returnable or have an authorized warranty period to enjoy CCTVWORLD return services. To review your item’s return eligibility and warranty period, please check CCTVWORLD Products Warranty.

If you do not registered or cannot login your order history page, You can return an item through “Product Return Request“.

Return Support

Once your returns are approved, you will get an RMA form to process the return. The RMA form will instruct you to return the items accordingly.

If the return is due to an error on CCTVWORLD (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), CCTVWORLD will refund all the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the return shipping cost should be born by your own.
Packages returned without authorization or that are not acceptable for return will be rejected or be shipped back to you at your expense.

In most cases, we will refund you the returned items in the original method you paid for them. Also, you can refund it to your CCTVWORLD account as CCTVWORLD Credit which can be used for future orders.
