To collect information necessary for determining this issue, we would like to request the serial number of the device. The Serial Number (SN) can be found through the following steps as shown below:

There are four ways of checking the Serial Number (SN) of device.

1.    At the Package of the product.
2.    At the back or bottom of devices.
3.    Device web interface
4.    Using config tool
